1. Describe your experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Share a specific success story and the applied behavior analysis strategies you used to achieve positive outcomes.

2. What motivated you to pursue a career as a BCBA supervisor specializing in Autism? How do you envision making a meaningful impact in the lives of children with ASD and their families through this role?

3. Collaboration and teamwork are essential in providing effective ABA therapy for children with ASD. Share an experience where you had to collaborate with other team members, program supervisor or a caregiver to improve the client's skills or address a behavioral concern. What did you learn from this experience?

4. ABA supervisors often multi-task working with scheduling, admin, and other professionals while managing their cases. Share an experience when you had to multitask or work under stress and the strategies that helped you be effective and successful.

5. Describe a situation where you faced resistance or skepticism from a parent or caregiver regarding your ABA interventions. How did you handle the situation, and what strategies did you use to build trust and cooperation?

6. BCBA supervisors are expected to provide supervision and training to ABA therapists. How do you envision mentoring and guiding your team of therapists to ensure they deliver effective ABA services to children with Autism?

7. Do you see yourself being at HEARTS long-term (3 or more years once you become a BCBA)? What other roles do you envision yourself doing at HEARTS as we grow?

8. What is your financial situation? The program at ASU is estimated to cost $21,000 (not including other miscellaneous costs, such as books and supervision). Will you still pursue an M.A. in ABA even if you don’t get the scholarship? Will you apply for financial aid?
